At Metriklo, we want you to feel confident when you subscribe. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward. This policy applies to all paid subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise).
You are eligible for a full refund if:

Annual subscribers who request a refund within 14 days of their initial payment will receive a full refund of the annual amount paid.
After the 14-day guarantee window, annual subscribers who cancel their subscription may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months, subject to the following conditions:

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions:
Important: If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you will retain access to all plan features until your billing period ends. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and your data will be retained for 90 days.
We do not issue refunds for partial months on monthly subscriptions. Monthly charges cover the full calendar month and are not pro-rated upon mid-month cancellation.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@metriklo.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We commit to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension during the investigation period.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription renewal applies to that renewal.
