Refunds for Annual Plans

Annual subscribers who request a refund within 14 days of their initial payment will receive a full refund of the annual amount paid.

Pro-Rated Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee window, annual subscribers who cancel their subscription may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months, subject to the following conditions:

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

    Contact our billing team Send an email to billing@metriklo.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

    Include your account details Provide the email address associated with your Metriklo account and your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful).
  3. 3
    Receive confirmation We will review your request and respond within 2 business days confirming approval or any additional information needed.
  4. 4
    Refund processed Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions:

Important: If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you will retain access to all plan features until your billing period ends. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and your data will be retained for 90 days.

Partial Months

We do not issue refunds for partial months on monthly subscriptions. Monthly charges cover the full calendar month and are not pro-rated upon mid-month cancellation.

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@metriklo.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We commit to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension during the investigation period.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. The policy in effect at the time of your subscription renewal applies to that renewal.
